The present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of resilience training on improving the quality of life and psychological toughness of female-headed households. The research method was quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all women heads of households under the auspices of the Kermanshah city relief committee in 1397. Among these women, 30 were selected by available available purposive methods and then randomly assigned to two groups of 15 experimental and control. For data collection, the World Health Organization (QFQ) Quality of Life Questionnaire and Ahwaz Psychological Hardiness Questionnaire (AHI) were used. After the pre-test, the experimental group in 8 weekly sessions of 90 minutes, resilience training based on theory Henderson received a post-test for both groups and the results of analysis of covariance showed that resilience training significantly increased the mean scores of quality of life components (excluding physical health and environmental health) and psychological toughness in women. Supervised (p <0.001).

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between time management and self-efficacy with job stress of primary school teachers in Bojnourd. This is a descriptive correlational study and the statistical population consists of all primary teachers in Bojnourd in the year 1994-95 with a number of 850 people and a sample of 265 people has been selected. In this study, three job stress questionnaires of the British Institute of Health and Safety, Scherer and Maddox General Self-Efficacy Scale and Karami Time Management Questionnaire (1998) have been used. Multiple regression test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to deduce the hypotheses. The results showed that in the best predictive model for job stress, time management and self-efficacy are able to predict the criterion variable. Time management has the largest share in predicting job stress. Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and job stress at a level less than 0.05. This means that self-efficacy is related to job stress and with increasing self-efficacy scores, elementary teachers' job stress decreases. Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between time management and job stress at a level less than 0.01. This means that time management is related to job stress and with increasing time management scores, elementary teachers' job stress decreases.

The tools used in this study are also the list of irrational communication beliefs of Edelson and Epstein (1982) and the life skills training protocol. The experimental group underwent life skills program training in 8 sessions of 50 minutes. Data were analyzed using univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCONA) and Spss-24 software. The results showed that life skills training is effective in reducing irrational communication beliefs of men with extramarital affairs and the results indicate a reduction of irrational beliefs (destructive opposition, unchanging spouse, mind reading expectations, sexual perfectionism and gender differences). As a result of teaching life skills to the experimental group.
